1- Intergenerational Meetings of Transfer of Expertise and Values (IMTEV)

In accordance with its mission stipulated in article 3 of its statutes, which is "To create a network of African experts and scholars mobilized by GERIA", the Expert Group on Institutional Reforms in Africa launches a framework for exchanges and sharing between former executives (academics, civil servants, researchers, etc.) and young people working in the same fields of competence of seniors for a transfer by organizing the Intergenerational Meetings of Transfer of Expertise and Values, the GERIA , by its three entities: GERIA Think Tank, GERIA Consulting and GERIA Institute, target in particular, young executives and seniors who can have centers - of shared interests by regrouping retirees and active among civil servants, researchers, academics, technicians and private administrators and public. This is to:

1. Identify and identify the seniors and young people who may be involved (Target) in the Intergenerational Meetings of Transfer of Expertise and Values (IMTEV);
2. Stratify the target according to their profiles (occupation, training, career, function, status, etc.);
3. Contact and get the target to adhere to the idea of IMTEV;
4. Involve the target in the organization of IMTEVs;
5. Ensure by means of a report of the IMTEV, the restitution of the salient points and the propositions resulting from the exchanges being able to be the object of initiatives of reforms;
6. Participate in the improvement of intergenerational relations and a better life together.

These meetings will be held twice a week from the official launch date of IMTEV. They will take place at the end of the afternoon, at the house IMHOTEP, headquarters of GERIA and will continue often, around an aperitif for more conviviality and close relations.

2- Research of GERIA Experts and Consultants

GERIA wants to mobilize Congolese, African and international expertise around the issues of the hour and future for African states, through the organization of conferences, seminars and events. These experts, who will work in the three operational units of GERIA, will translate the cogitations, proposals for ideas, programs and projects into documentary production (Plans, Reports, Briefing Notes and Terms of Reference), in order to facilitate and to contribute to the implementation of the expected reforms. This project is running.

3- Membership of the Scientific and Technical Committee (STC) of GERIA

This Committee is the technical organ of the Executive Board. Its objective is to inform the decisions of the institutional bodies by issuing opinions and recommendations, based on scientific and technical considerations, supported by a strategic and prospective vision of GERIA, by favoring transdisciplinarity and global approaches.

The committee can create thematic commissions from among its members, the timeliness, organization and functioning of which are the remit of its members. This committee has a multidisciplinary approach.

4- The GERIA debates

The project "GERIA debates" is intended to be a space for reflection and debate on current affairs in the Congo. The GERIA debates are above all a workshop built on thought experiences and which aims to promote the practice of news topics in society in order to make available to the general public resources to apprehend the great challenges of our time.

Far from promoting "The" magic solution, this public utility project aims to stimulate debate and citizen awareness. Without political color, it aims to create a debate platform, open to all.

5- The GERIA Open Days

They are an opportunity for GERIA, to show the public its vision, its policy but also its seat called house IMHOTEP with everything there.

3 days to understand the need for a place dedicated to issues affecting institutional reforms and the training of the actors of tomorrow. The goal is to bring a visual, auditory and auditory experience to the participants.
