Former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Congo to Senegal with the jurisdiction of Mali, Mauritania, Guinea, Cape Verde, Gambia, Guinea Bissau and Burkina Faso.

Founder of several associations: The Congolese federation of development NGOs "FECONDE", the company fighting against youth idleness "ELOJE" and the Association of computer scientists of Congo "AIC", he is the president of the circle for the Renaissance of Dolisie, an NGO in his home town.

Mr NGIMBI is also a media promoter since he created RTNA'' Radio-Television Nouvelle Alliance'' in Dolisie in 2005, renamed Vini multimedia in 2016. Since 2004 he set up a newspaper in Dolisie called "Courrier du Niari". He is the author and composer of a song from his home town of Dolisie entitled'' Dolisie "Terre de Vie'' and devotes a 25-minute documentary film to it. Finally, he is a producer with Marceline Cotody, director of four documentary films under the VINI multimedia label.
